1. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing: All prices are listed in BDT. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our global sourcing, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice due to currency fluctuations or customs duty changes.

3. Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver within 2-3 days inside Dhaka and 5-7 days outside Dhaka. However, delays caused by logistics partners or natural circumstances are outside our direct control.

4. Product Variations: Since we source products internationally, slight variations in packaging or color (due to screen lighting) may occur.

5. Limitation of Liability: Daily Goods BD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our store.

6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
